The weather has finally turned and with cooler nights comes heartier dinners. Yum!
I normally just buy gnocchi, pop it in the boiling water and out it comes. But in an effort to control exactly what goes on the table a little more, I decided to try making it myself, from scratch.
Follow this simple video on how to make homemade gnocchi. Super simple, and really yummy. We topped them with just some nice olive oil and a little parmesan. Another great way is with pesto. Or how about baked in the oven. The list goes on and on!
