Sports 2017!

Remember our last post about the importance of working out? Well, today we want to give you some ideas of some sports you could do this year. Sometimes just going to the gym can be boring and you need to add something a bit different to the routine!

Check out the hot sport trends for 2017:

Fit 45:

It consists of short but intense periods of training for 45 minutes. The sessions are held in small groups with 2 personal trainers, which gives you a more exclusive training experience. Fit 45 is designed for everyone, no matter your age or physical condition. It burns fats, calories and tones your muscles in a short time! What else could you ask for?

Tai ski:

Improves balance and stability in curves. If you like skiing, you need to try Tai Ski. It consists of doing Tai Chi on the skis. Sounds interesting!

Aerial yoga:

This fun discipline mixes the traditional postures of 3 types of yoga: Hatha, Ashtanga and Iyengar, with acrobatic movements of gymnastics and dance … Cirque du Soleil style!  You sit on a soft, fabric hammock which are held up by carabineers, support chains and webbing straps. From there, you will begin to challenge gravity. You won’t fall don’t worry, the instructor will tell you the postures to do. This kind of yoga is a great way of working your muscles and you mind :)



If you love dancing, Zumba will continue being a great option for this year. Zumba® is always full of surprises: The latest one the Zumba Cruise. In 2017 will sail the first Zumba Cruise in Spain: From Barcelona to Rome. The plan? Eat. Sleep. Zumba. Repeat.


So, with all these options, there’s no excuse to not get moving!


  • Hammocks: A hanging bed or couch made of canvas, netted cord, or the like, with cords attached to supports at each end.
  • Carabiner: A usually D-shaped metal ring with one spring-hinged side that is used  as a connector
  • Challenge: something that needs grear mental or physical effort in order to be done successfully  and therefore tests a person’s ability.
