By far one of our favorite summer treats. Delicious, refreshing and you can eat it anywhere! Surprisingly, eating good quality ice cream regularly (and of course in moderation) actually may have some benefits to your health. Check them out:

Ice cream is rich in carbohydrate and it contains a fair amount of proteins.
2. Contains lots of Vitamins
Vitamin A, B, C, D,E and K, which helps prevent blood clots
3. Source of Minerals
We can find calcium and phosphorus in ice cream. Phosphorus is an essential mineral to keep our bones strong and healthy.
4. It makes you happy
There is an immediate effect on an area of the brain called the orbifrontal cortex, a pleasure center that activates when people are enjoying something.
5. Reduces stress and stimulates your brain
Ice cream stimulates the thrombotonin, which a hormone that helps reducing the levels of stress in the body.

Remember, you will get all these benefits only by eating ice cream wisely. We, unfortunately, can’t recommend eating unlimited amounts of ice cream. That wouldn’t be healthy at all.
