Healthy breakfasts!

Many people skip breakfast because they don’t have time. That’s a huge mistake!  Breakfast kick-starts our metabolism and gives us the energy we need to focus at work.

You need food in your system within 2 hours of waking up.  Taking just a few minutes to have something to eat can really make a difference, today we want to share with you some  easy and quick breakfasts you can eat on the go!

Remember, breakfast  is the most important meal of the day! Don’t skip it :)

  • Within: Inside or no further than an area or period of time
  • On the go:To move away from a place
  • Skip: To not do or not have something that you ussually do or that you should do.
